It’s a pity that DevOps is not an easy tool. It would be so much easier to introduce it. DevOps is still difficult to grasp, as it represents a mix of processes, tools and above all mindset, to "enable more efficient collaboration between Dev, Ops and Quality Assurance (QA)". (Source: Wikipedia) Often the organization does not provide an optimal environment for this. This session will focus on best practices (processes, tools) and will show a way to introduce DevOps step-by-step and to benefit from DevOps even in environments which seem to be hard to change. Thomas and André rely on their own experience gained in their professional careers and on stories from their network.
